It all started one snack time...
Our family couldn't decide on which sweets to snack on. Some of us loved gummy sweets. Others loved fizzy. Others - like me - liked everything! And before we knew it, we wondered if we could create a business where customers could build their own sweet bag. Before long, Get My Sweets was born.

Q: What delivery options do you offer?
A: We currently deliver in the U.K only, via the following options
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £3.95 (Delivery aim 2-3 working days)
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £5.50 (Delivery aim next working day)
Please note that these timescales are dependent on Royal Mail.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Due to the consumable nature of our products and to adhere to food hygiene standards, unfortunately we cannot offer any returns. In the very rare instance that your sweets arrive in less than perfect condition, please speak to one of our team and we will be happy to assist you with any issues.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: We will always aim to despatch your order on the same day, if placed before 2:00pm (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays).

Q: Do you sell vegan or vegetarian sweets?
A: Yes, we offer vegan and vegetarian options in all of our pick and mix bags. Vegetarian sweets are labelled with a V, and vegan sweets Ve. We also have a list of our ingredients which clearly labels which of our sweets are suitable for vegan and/or vegetarian diets. Find the full list here.
